Don't know if you have to, but it surely makes sense. "IP Address" is the
address for the RaQ, its own personal address. If you fill in the same
number for "Primary DNS Server Address," all you're doing is tell the box
that the same computer runs the DNS service.

Remember, the IP is just the address for the interface. Any server at any IP
can (theoretically) run any combination of services. Thus, looking for
another service on the same machine represents nothing strange whatsoever.
