[cobalt-users] RAQ-2 - Admin - FTP Problem

RAQ-2

All of a sudden, my Admin login no longer has permissions to xfer files to
my virtual sites.  Admin FTP login only has access to the Admin user
directory.  I can see the whole server, just can't upload files.  Anyone
know what file controls this access?
