[cobalt-users] [RAQ2] default permissions

Greetings user-group-people -

Does anyone know why the RAQ2 sets the permissions on .html and .txt
files at 664 (I'm used to 644) and .cgi and .pl scripts at 775 (I'm used
to 755).  Perhaps it's no big deal.  Maybe it's just my machine.
Perhaps I'm even mistaken on the right permissions that ought to be set.
However, if I'm correct, then I'd like to find a way to change the
default so that I don't always have to do it manually.  Any clues?  Any
commentary/advice would be appreciated.
