[cobalt-users] Bounced Message to Long <40000

I have been getting bounced messages from my lists on my RAQ2.  I tried to
edit the /usr/local/majordomo/config_parse.pl and set the maxlength to
40000000 and then follow the rest of the directions from the Cobalt web
site. # 739.  I am only trying to send a short message with a 2 page word
doc attached.  I think this was covered before but I could not find it.  If
there is an answer please let me know.
