[cobalt-users] [Cube1] Remove message to user about mail

Hello:
I want to stop the message going out with the subject "User mail spool is
too large". I work for a graphic arts service provider, and it is not
uncommon for my users to have large mail files. I have let most of them know
to ignore this message, but would like to prevent it from being sent. I
checked the archives, but must not have searched for the right keywords!

Anyway, does anyone have any enlightening ideas or suggestions to prohibit
the message from being sent.
