[cobalt-users] Console to a RAQ3i

Hi,
 I need to get console access to a RAQ3i, I've followed the instructions 
in the Cobal User Manual (9600, 8, N, 1) but I don't get a login prompt at 
all just the following:

Ideas? Same behaviour out of both my RAQs -- so I must be doing something 
wrong. I've swapped out serial cables, tried various flow control settings 
(software, hardware, off) with no change -- HELP! :)
