[cobalt-users] allowoverride question

Hi all
I have a raq3 and was wandering if there is a problem using this :
<Directory /> 
AllowOverride None 
Options None 
allow from all 
</Directory> 
 or will it cause problems ? I am worried about people using .htacces files
