[cobalt-users] httpd logfile rotation - how?

How does the Cobalt RaQ3 installation deal with Apache logfiles? They are 
written to /var/log/httpd/access and then somehow spread to the single 
/home/sites/.../logs/httpd files. But how? I can't find any cronjobs, not 
for root, not for admin nor for httpd.
