That's a little relief.  "Some" of the internet is too much for me though.  I
paid for access to the entire internet, not most of it.  :-)

Sounds like Bell Atlantic just needs to get in touch with ORBS and straighten it
out.

With spam as rampant as it is, I can hardly fault them.  In that situation, I
suspect it would get the ISP's attention and expedite a solution.  If ORBS
continually blocks IPs that shouldn't be blocked for an extended period they'll
probably have to change their policies eventually or no one will use them.
