a long long time ago
I can still remember when
unix systems used to make me smile
And I knew if I had the chance that I could
make my users dance, and maybe they'd be
happy for a while....
But linux came, and made me shiver...
with every packet they'd deliver
bad news on my doorstep...
I couldn't take one more step
I can't remember if I cried
when my dreams of making money died...
something touched me deep inside,
'twas just that sendmail died.
How do you know that sendmail's dying? Do you try to send mail to the
box and get a refused connection? Does it restart itself?
Usually when sendmail dies it does so because the system is low on
resources.
