Open the site on the one server and use FP to publish them to the new server.
If need be (as in dns now points to ne server) assign the old server a temporary (dedicated) IP address.

This way all the permissions are correct and FrontPage moves just what it needs to move.

Any way to do a move via telnet? Or do I have to do a FrontPage publish
again for a 500+ meg site and wait about 8 hours for it to complete?
