While this certainly looks like an excellent script, and it would be
especially useful for some of my projects (and save me a lot of
rewriting of Matt's work in the bargain), it's NOT open source.  You
must link to his page with a graphic link.  You may NOT make any changes
to it.

So for the moment I'll be sticking with Matt's FormMail.pl, which, while
not truly open source either, is a bit more open in that you're allowed
to change it and even to distribute your changes.  And you don't have to
have a graphic link to Matt's page.
