Go back to the scheduled backup screen and save the screen without any
settings selected. This will delete the previously stored backup and the GUI
will confirm this at the bottom of the screen. Also, if I'm not mistaken, you
can only save one scheduled backup at a time. Anything you save *after* the
first save, is simply updated/overwritten with your new save/configuration.
