Don't bet on it.

Check the headers, see what you can find out. However, I've been reading
this list pretty religiously recently and no such spam has appeared here.
Also, I have had nothing like that sent to me recently. And finally, I've
had the strangest things come to my inbox (take a guess...) with no idea of
how they got my email. But AOL mails and lists, Four11.com, ICQ White Pages,
and lots of other places are sources for spammers to get your address.
