[cobalt-users] FTP chmod problem

Hello,

On my RaQ3i the FTP server doesn't seem to accept a chmod command from any
ftp client. It responds with an access denied message.
I would like to change this, as I rather wouldn't give users telnet access
just to make their scripts executable...
I assume this is just a simple change in a config file, but I haven't been
able to find it yet.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
