[cobalt-users] Secure an outgoing email

Anyone know an easy way to create a secure email form.  My client wants to
make sure the email orders he gets on his site are secure.  Of course he
doesn't want to spend money on a shopping cart which would take care of the
problem.
Thanks for any suggestions.
