[cobalt-users] FrontPage Publishing with Name Based Hosting

I'm having trouble figuring out how to transfer a FrontPage site to our
cobalt when it uses name based hosting.

If it were a new domain, I could simply set it up and give the FP client the
domain name and they could publish. Since we're transfering the domain to
our server, they will need to publish to the server BEFORE I transfer the
domain.

With IP based hosting they could publish to the IP. How can this be done
with name based hosting?
