[cobalt-users] Apology

Though I did get some support privately, I did get two emails from one
reader troubled by my responses on a recent thread, and by my offtopic
post about the offtopic-nature of the "Internet Access" list.

So I've decided an apology is in order.  I should probably only make
such posts on lists I own myself.

I am sorry if I offended anyone.
