Hello

I would like to know if I could setup something similar to what I can
achieve with setiing up a user without site admin priviledges e.g
person/group is given his own pass/username and is setup to post to one
folder with the url of http://www.mydomain.com/users/surf/ .

<My Question> Is it possible to set up a persons' user details normally via
admin so that it points to the users folder then edit it so that when the
users pages are called via the the web the URL would look like
http://www.mydomain.com/surf/ omitting the <users> part altogether?
