[cobalt-users] Email issue with Raq3i

I have a Raq3i. It has been up and down for several weeks now. We seem to
have found the problem. When servers (other peoples servers) connect they do
not disconnect after the email is sent. The server is going down due to too
many connections.

We have noticed one set up IP that is connected several times when the
server is down. The IP address is 204.71.191.X (5, 6, 11, 12, etc.).

Is there any way to keep this from happening?
