call 1-800-666-5553 and talk with their high level tech support. this is 
NOKIA and they should know all those answers. I don't feel there is a risk 
because there is practically no radiation directly below the dishes, and 
for quite a distance away from the tower.. at least 700-1000 feet i 
believe. If you find a tower that is part of a service you may have 
cellular service with, try it. travel toward it watching your sig strength 
meter and it will suddenly drop to nothing and remain there until you leave 
the tower again.

the same applies to uhf tv stations.. if a bird flys close to the antenna 
he will fry, but he can fly directly below it through the tower and not be 
harmed.
