[cobalt-users] Disable all this users stuff?

Hi,

is there a way of disabling all this user stuff on a RaQ3.

All I want to do is:

Create Users who are able to get Mail. No FTP, No Apache !

I know I can disbale FTP by sendind him to a non-existent-dir in 
"passwd", but trying to disable the "users/blabla" access did not 
have any success.

I took out the lines : "AliasMatch ..." in the conf, but when I try 
to access the dir then the browser starts downloading a PHP File.

I might send them all to a dummy dir, but the cannot really be the way I think.
