Which Cobalt equipment are you using?

On the Qube 2, go to the Admin Site, and the first page it presents is the
list of users. For each individual user, you'll see three buttons on the
right side of the listing.

* The first button modifies the user settings.
* The second button modifies the user's mail settings.
* The third button deletes the user.

Quota should be in the first button. (Of course, since I'm at the office and
dictating from memory, I may be wrong... so try the second as well.) You can
also set quotas per group and set the user defaults such that all new users
created after this have higher quotas.
