I am trying to create a frontpage-enabled site.  When I attempt to open it
through FrontPage 2000, I get an error message saying the web is either
password protected or on an unavailable volume.  It then refers me to a
text file which is actually the http 500 internal server error page for
the raq.  How can I fix this so that I can use FrontPage 2000?
