You're best bet is goto the schedule backup screen and attempt to re-enter
the information.  It will give you the error there if it is failing.

If it works there, but not at the schedule time, then you would have to 
give me a bit more information about the type of scheduled backup your
are doing (local fs, ftp, nfs) before I can give you more place to look for 
possible errors.
