[cobalt-users] compatibality

Hi every body,
I am new to cobalt and want to know is there any way to make a linux system
to match the configuration of raq3i so that while programming I can test
database and programming before uploading.
I am going to use mysql / chilisoft
It will be helpful if one can guide which version of softwares are more
compatibale to dobale raq3i and from where I can download.
