    First you have to active the CGI, at the www.yoursite.com/siteadmin,
(access with admin) at the server settings.
    Them using telnet: (access with admin)
    write: "su"
    them enter again the admin passwd.
    enter to "/etc/httpd/conf/"
    edit "srm.conf", using "pico srm.conf"
    Then delete the # of these lines, like this:

    # To use CGI scripts:
    Action cgi-wrapper /cgiwrapDir/cgiwrap
    # for debug *.cgi
    AddHandler cgi-wrapper .cgid
    # for debug *.pl
    AddHandler cgi-wrapper .pld

Them at your *.cgi file change the permission to "711".
The first line of your cgi, need to be: #!/usr/bin/perl
