[cobalt-users] Catch all alias on RAQ3

I've been using a RAQ2 for some time... set up one account on a domain to 
catch all the mispelled email for that domain.

FOOBAR.COM USERS
john
joe
mary

JOHN'S ALIAS LIST
john
john.smith
sales
@foobar

On the RAQ2, this would send junk@xxxxxxxxxx to John.. which is what I 
would expect.

ON the RAQ3, this gets the junk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx but also EVERYONE'S mail.

I noted that full domains were used for RAQ2 aliases.. but not RAQ3... so I 
know something is different.

What am I doing wrong?
