Re: [cobalt-users] RAQ3 Hosting
Hi Altug,
It is difficult to find a hosting company that will provide the level of
support you are seeking. I think most of them do not know how to operate
an RAQ server anyway. I concur with your thoughts on DN. The sales
staff is very friendly, but the support staff has answered our questions
with referrals to Cobalt Support, instead of answering our questions
directly (even ones that turned out to be simple to answer). In 6
months with DN, support has not actually answered one of our support
questions directly!
Until you find a host with the level of support you are seeking, your
best bet is to read the current and previous posts to this subscriber
list. You will find that many people have already made posts with
questions and topics that you may seek answers to. I also recommend
searching the Cobalt Userlist Archive by keyword.
