[cobalt-users] Mexican ISP + RaQ3 = Aye Caramba!

A new client signed up the other day to transfer his domain, but he can't 
access the server through his Mexican ISP.  I had him run several tests, 
accessing IP addresses of popular sites like Yahoo, Excite, etc...  They all 
worked, but when trying to access the IP address of my server he couldn't get 
to it.

Has anyone ever found a hole in the net?  Good thing I have two servers in 
two different locations, one server for the sales web site the other for 
client domains.

Still awaiting his traceroute...
