Call Raymond Yip, head of Cobalt Tech Support. Call on the toll-free
number, ask for him, don't give up. Complain personally.
This is another byproduct of the bug I've been talking about for months,
and it needs to be fixed. I call it the "RaQ3 Virtusertable bug"; most
of the engineers and tech support people know me, and it, by name now
<wry grin>.
Supposedly it'll be fixed "real soon now".
Just another reason why one should never use "real" usernames on the
RaQ3 <frown>.
