cgiwrap does work automatically, there has to be a problem with permissions or
your script! I am running all kinds of Perl programs on my RaQ3i and have never
had a problem that I did not create, and sometimes it's hard to find. It's
always permissions, paths, or a typo!  Run it on a standard Linux box first,
then move it to the RaQ!
