[cobalt-users] FTP Upload Problem

I have a RAQ3-i that seems to have a problem with FTP uploads. I recently
started hosting a software company and when he tries to upload his software
via FTP he gets "server error, disk quota exceeded" after about 4 megabytes
of transfer. I looked in the KB but nothing there. I tried to upload and got
the same message. The site has 100 Megs open space and the site admin has a
10 megabte personal web space allocation. We are using the site admin user
name and password to upload.
