Do you have:

  host: www
  domain: mydomain.com

for one of them, and 

  host: ssl
  domain: mydomain.com

for the other?  Do you have checked "accept mail for domain" or "web
server for domain" checked on both of them?

They must be only checked on one of them.

I'm doing this for "www.nobaloney.net" and for "majordomo.nobaloney.net"
on my RaQ2, and I see no reason why it won't work on the RaQ3 as well.
