Absolutely, utterly, completely unacceptable.

No system, ever, for any reason, should exhibit this behavior. And yes, I
fully agree that this is a "feature" Cobalt should fix ASAP. Have you
verified that it only occurs on this equipment? Or does it occur on other
Cobalt systems?
