sorry, i didnt mention i was specifically referring to the Qube2.
In the web-based GUI, it's very simple, seeing as though it automatically
makes the firstname.lastname for the user, regardless of username. Qube2
makes the firstname.lastname@xxxxxxxxxx from the Full Name of the user when
you initially add the user.

On the Qube1, there is no GUI for managing aliases. On the Qube2, I don't
know.
He didn't say which it is.
Eric, edit the /etc/aliases file by hand, and add lines like
eric.leslie: eleslie.
When you'ved finished editing the file, run the command "newaliases".
I've currently got over 400 aliases!
