[cobalt-users] Error messages problem

Hi
I seem to have a problem with my Raq3 error messages for example if  i enter
a directory which i cant acces from the web the mwssage says
[str.forbiddenNote]  all the error codes seem to have st1. in front of them.
Any ideas the machine is is quite standard except i have installed sshl
,mysql and php3.

            Any one Help
