Hello Dan:
I've had this error many times before.
This error usually is the result of using a FP component on a web page being
designed on their LOCAL machine and later uploaded to the server. (In my
experience this usually occurs on a form page with results being sent via
email). They will always get this error message on their LOCAL machine
because their local machine does not contain an email server. Once they
upload the web site to the server, the error message should "disappear".
Hope this helps.
