Please don't send attachments to the list. Upload to a server and post a
URL. Not all 500 members of the list want it, or have unlimited dialup
access.

Also, just because a document has no copyright on it, it is still
copyrighted under US and most other countries that observe the international
copyright standards, IIRC the Berne convention.

Hello - I've see many postings here on setting up of Samba and thought this
document may help.  I did not write it, nor do I remember where I got it.
It has no copyrights on it thus I'm assuming its ok to distribute. It is
somewhat old - the document was dated May 8, 1999, but as I scanned through
it it appears to still be very relevant.

As with all attachments and the recent string of virii, please be sure to
scan this before reading, etc.  I've scanned it on my machine and it appears
ok to me.
