[cobalt-users] Is there a "safe" way of transferring user details Raq2

Hi

Maybe this has been discussed before, if so apologies for dragging 
it up again..

Raq2 / 3 in particular.  Is there any way of taking customer details 
off one raq and adding them to another, such that they will "appear" 
in the web GUI?  I'd sleep easier knowing that it could be done via 
a more time-efficient method than creating each user by hand over 
the web :)
