[cobalt-users] Cobalt on the service side!!

alright
so I've been noticing a few posts about how good, or bad cobalts support
is.....

well lets just say if you call the number you get support right away, I
suppose its all in how each individual does things but I never was one
to surf the web, let alone fill out forms.. I like the human voice.

they've always been excellent and quick on the phone!!!

and on a sidenote.....
they even sent me a box of goodies!!!  kinda funny when you can ask a
company thats never heard of you before :::aside from you being a
customer::: for some goodies and they send you hats and watches, while
the company you work for wont even give you a tee shirt

just figured I'd pop a post in here cause cobalt rocks!!
