[cobalt-users] error page/SSL support response

I had filled out the support form at cobalt mid-march with my on-going
problem with https pages calling https scripts and getting a generic DNS
error ONLY in MS IE never in Netscape and never if one or the other is not
called https and this only happens on the Raq not on the shared servers at
the same hosting location.

This is the [very late] response from cobalt tech support:

>Secondly, for the problems with forms using SSL, if they are being referenced
>from the parent document as http:// rather than https:// this can sometimes
>cause it. Another possible source of the problem here can be running
primary and
>secondary DNS services on the same unit along with http services pointed
to by
>said DNS. If at all possible, try putting up another box to take care of
DNS to
>make sure that this isn't the source of the problem.

Someone months back, had offered to me use at one time of their DNS for
secondary.. but sorry I can't recall.. since I;m pulling my hair out on
this one.. I'm open to try anything here to resolve this..
