Is the nameserver registered with your registrar?

Does your SOA show all the nameservers for the domain, and ONLY the
nameservers for the domain?

Network Solutions and other registrars for .com, .net, and .org domains
are quite lenient; most other domains aren't so lenient.  Everything has
to be just so.
