[cobalt-users] Can I STOP the WARNING emails?

On a RaQ2 and RaQ3, when a  user is using close to (or meets) their allowed
disk space, automatically generated emails are mailed to the administrator
and site users stating something like:

Site site11 is using 85.8% of its disk space quota on the Cobalt server.
This site should delete some files or else eventually it will be denied the
ability to add files to the Cobalt server.


How can I make it so that these emails ONLY go to the RaQ Administrator
account?
