this isn't correct at all. The relay field does not ALLOW blar.com to send email TO the box, it allows
blar.com to send mail THROUGH the box. BLOCKING a host will keep you from receiving mail from that host, but
relaying blar.com allows somespammer@xxxxxxxx to use your SMTP to further complicate their spamming efforts
for the "anti bulk email terrorists". (I got a spam with that terminology, I wanna know how I get on the
"anti bulk email terrorists" list)

see above. This is a GCE, gross conceptual error. Adding somedomain.com to the relay field does not enable
that domain to send mail to the box.

nope, we have a GCE, not a catch22. Please don't send out information like this. Some poor person is going to
read it and think it's true and open their box as a relay to AOL...yikes!
