We you deleted the site, did you go onto the server and make sure that all
of the sites files and directories were deleted.  Normally when we get
that error we just have to delete the _* directories in the root web
directory of the site and add the extensions back in.  Only once did we
have to call cobalt support when we could add the extensions, I think all
they ended up doing was deleting remnants from httpd.conf of the site.  I
