[cobalt-users] e-mail retrieval

Hi all.

Can anybody help me with these 2 problems please:
System is QUBE 2 

I cannot get anybody to pick up e-mails addressed to
 'mail@[system name].com
I thought that the user admin would pick up everything that was not
addressed to a proper user, and I could edit /etc/aliases to let a
normal user (say john) pick up admins mail ie:

root: admin
admin: john

This works to some degree, but only picks up system error messages, I
have now added:

mail: john

But still nothing. The mail sent to nobody (mail) is being kept in
/var/spool/mail/mail

if I vi this, I can see all the mail that was sent to mail@



My next problem is that I want the mail to left on the ISP for 4 to 5
days, so that people can access this from home, there is no chance of
dialling into the QUBE at all, so this is not an option.
