I've been thinking about posting the direct phone number for the head of
Cobalt Tech Support on the list... <smile>.

Often it takes longer than a week to get a response.

Sometimes I call and wait on hold for almost an hour, only to be told
the person has no idea what the problem is; then he hangs up <frown>.

Tech Support is Cobalt's biggest weakness.
