[cobalt-users] RaQ3 logs not working

Ok, I've restarted apache, I've rebooted the Raq, I've editted /etc/crontab
to run process in the background for cron.daily and weekly. But
/etc/cron.daily contains -

logrotate  makewhatis.cron  slocate.cron  tmpwatch  vacuumdb

None of which seem to have anything to do with domain logs. The main server
logs are working fine, its just the nightly web stats for domains that isn't
working. Can someone with a Raq3 with logs that work check to see that their
/etc/cron.daily directory is similiar to mine? Am I missing something?
