I agree its unacceptable.
While it is a shame, its happening, isn't it? Wouldn't it be better if you
got an instant response? If you buy from "joe's house o' 'puters" you're in
the queue. If you buy from a decent VAR it never even gets that far.
So if you saved $50 bucks and now have to rely on free support. If you buy
from someone with on-staff SEs, they will be able to solve your problem in a
much more timely manner. So I guess it comes down to, well, "you get what
you pay for".
